Green Finders Golf Academy Lesson & Program Policies

Effective September 2026

At Green Finders Golf Academy, our goal is to provide each student with consistent, high-quality golf instruction in a professional and enjoyable learning environment.

Please review these policies before purchasing an individual lesson, lesson package, or enrolling in our 3-Month Learning Program.

By purchasing lessons or enrolling in a program, you acknowledge that your purchase is subject to the policies below.

Lesson Package Expiration

All lesson packages expire one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

Students are responsible for scheduling and completing their lessons before the expiration date. Any unused lessons remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited and have no remaining cash value.

The one-year expiration period begins on the original purchase date and is not extended based on the date of the student's first lesson, except when an extension is approved under our Medical, Injury & Extended Absence Policy.

Refund Policy

Lesson packages may be canceled for a refund before the first lesson is taken.

Once the first lesson in a package has been taken, the lesson package becomes non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for unused lessons after instruction has begun.

24-Hour Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Green Finders Golf Academy requires at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled lesson.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson may be rescheduled without penalty, subject to availability.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson or failure to attend a scheduled lesson may result in the lesson being counted as completed and deducted from the student's lesson package.

For individually purchased lessons, the lesson fee may be forfeited.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances occur. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the instructor.

Medical, Injury & Extended Absence

Green Finders Golf Academy understands that an injury, illness, or other medical circumstance may temporarily prevent a student from participating in golf instruction.

In these circumstances, Green Finders Golf Academy may, at its discretion, pause or extend the expiration period for the student's remaining lessons.

Extensions are considered individually and must be approved by Green Finders Golf Academy.

An approved medical or injury-related extension does not automatically entitle the student to a refund. Once the student's first lesson has been taken, the applicable non-refundable policy remains in effect.

The purpose of this provision is to provide reasonable flexibility when circumstances outside the student's control temporarily prevent participation.

3-Month Learning Program

The Green Finders Golf Academy 3-Month Learning Program is designed to provide consistent instruction, personalized feedback, accountability, and continued development.

Program Pricing

• Adults — $300 per month

• Seniors — $250 per month

• Juniors — $250 per month

Enrollment represents a three-month commitment.

What's Included

Each month includes:

• 3 private golf lessons

• Personalized voice-over follow-up

• Weekly progress follow-up/check-in

• Continued instruction based on the student's individual goals and progress

Students who successfully complete the full three-month program also receive a 9-hole TrackMan playing lesson.

Three-Month Commitment & Payments

Enrollment in the 3-Month Learning Program represents a commitment to the complete three-month program.

The total program investment is:

• Adults — $900 total 3 monthly payments of $300

• Seniors — $750 total 3 monthly payments of $250

• Juniors — $750 total 3 monthly payments of $250

Monthly payments are due for all three months regardless of the number of lessons the student chooses to schedule or attend.

Once the student's first lesson has been taken, payments made toward the 3-Month Learning Program are non-refundable.

Automatic Monthly Payments

3-Month Learning Program payments may be processed automatically through QuickBooks Payments according to the payment schedule authorized by the student during enrollment.

Students using automatic payments will be presented with the payment amount and schedule and will authorize their selected payment method through the secure QuickBooks payment process.

Authorization of automatic payments does not change the student's three-month commitment or the applicable refund and cancellation policies.

Learning Program Lessons

The program provides three lessons per month for three months, for a total of nine lessons.

Students are responsible for scheduling their lessons and are encouraged to schedule consistently throughout the program.

Unused lessons do not roll over beyond the end of the three-month program unless an extension has been approved by Green Finders Golf Academy.

The Medical, Injury & Extended Absence Policy may apply when an injury, illness, or medical circumstance prevents a student from completing the program as scheduled.

Learning Program Cancellations & No-Shows

The 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all 3-Month Learning Program lessons.

Lessons canceled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled within the program period, subject to availability.

A cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice or a no-show may be counted as one of the student's program lessons.

Exceptions may be made for emergencies or unusual circumstances at the discretion of the instructor.

9-Hole TrackMan Playing Lesson

Students who successfully complete the full 3-Month Learning Program receive a 9-hole TrackMan playing lesson.

The playing lesson:

• Is earned upon successful completion of the full three-month program

• Has no cash value

• Is non-refundable

• Is non-transferable

• Must be scheduled separately

• Is subject to instructor and facility availability

Scheduling

Students are responsible for scheduling and completing their lessons within the applicable lesson package or program period.

Purchasing lessons or enrolling in the 3-Month Learning Program does not guarantee specific lesson dates or times. Scheduling is subject to instructor and facility availability.

Transferability

Individual lessons, lesson packages, Learning Program benefits, and complimentary playing lessons are intended for the student for whom they were originally purchased.

They are non-transferable unless approved in advance by Green Finders Golf Academy.

Student Acknowledgment

Students purchasing lesson packages or enrolling in the 3-Month Learning Program may be required to complete a Green Finders Golf Academy Policy Acknowledgment & Signature Form.

For junior students, a parent or legal guardian should complete the acknowledgment.

By signing the acknowledgment, the student or parent/guardian confirms that they have been provided access to these policies and agree to the applicable refund, expiration, cancellation, scheduling, payment, and program terms.
